State Filing Deadlines

Filing deadlines vary per state. Review your state filing deadlines.

E-file Center Deadlines:

E-File: Forms filed by 6 p.m. (Eastern) on the filing deadline will be processed prior to midnight.

Print, Mail and E-file or Print & Mail: Forms filed by 3 p.m. (Eastern) on the filing deadline will be processed and mailed prior to midnight.

State Forms must be e-filed 48 hours prior to the deadline.
